![]() ![]() ![]() For example, as a test I created a single folder called "Office365_Local_Storage" within "On My Computer" and placed a single message in that folder. I've searched through ~Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/Outlook/Outlook 15 Profiles/Main Profile/Data folder, but it's impossible (for me) to figure out what needs to be backed up and whatÄoesn't. How do I do this, without backing up the data that's "in the cloud" as well? I need to be able to back up this local storage on each of my user's machines. New messages are moved from the cloud to local storage. So, it'll be a constantly changing dataset as This isn't static data-as email in the cloud (Exchange server via Office 365) becomes "old", it'll be moved to local storage. These messages exist in "On My Computer"-the data lives locally and not in the cloud. Because of the 50GB mailbox limitations in Office 365, a number of our users need to store older messages offline (i.e., locating in Outlook 2015). We're in the process of migrating to Office 365 and will be using Outlook 2016 for the Mac.
